HELLO, my name is Veti Kopan and I am a paper artist.
My passion for Paper Flowers came to me very unexpectedly.
It didn’t take very long for making paper flowers to become an exceptional passion to me.
I’m a very creative person myself and I began as a student of the paper flower artists that came before me.
I have learned a variety of techniques from teachers and their books like Jessie Chui and with her book Paper Flower Art,
Mariya Uskova, Lia Griffith and many more.
I was born and grew up in the beautiful nature of the Trachian Rose valley in Bulgaria.
My mothers love for flowers is my greatest inspiration. After she passed away, I decided to translate the wonderful nature into paper in honour to her.
I make flowers and bouquets that last forever. I call them forever flowers.
I am in love with the creative process. It all starts with researching the real flower, colouring and cutting the paper, giving the petals form and eventually putting everything together. This is a long process of creating a flower with a lot of love and passion.
